Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
  • A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Items from "The Vault" or that are marked "Non-Returnable", "NOS" (New Old Stock) and "Sold As-Is" are not returnable.

Return Process

Please contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the reason for the return, and your order number.

If there is a defect, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem encountered. After review, we will send you a RMA number to include with the item and the US mailing address for your return. Items without the corresponding RMA cannot be accepted and, depending on the shipping method used, may not be returned by the carrier.

When your return is received it will be inspected. If it is determined that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will promptly issue a refund of the item's cost, excluding shipping, to your original method of payment. 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all other accepted returns.

Any shipping costs associated with the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders ship very quickly from our offices or from our partners' warehouses. Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us promptly at mpvwatch@outlook.com if you decide to cancel your order. 

If over one (1) hour has passed we will do our best to try to cancel your order but cancellation is not guaranteed.

You have the option to return your purchase when you receive it by following the return instructions described in this policy.
